The Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance collaborates with employers and other workforce stakeholders to increase employment, earnings and racial equity for underprepared workers in the Chicago region. Members of the Alliance - our funders - pursue this shared mission.
Formed in 2011, the Alliance brirngs together funders that pursue a shared mission and engage in a collaborative and facilitated process: We learn from and deliberate with each other to give direction to our joint efforts and investments. As an alliance, we can create more ambitious projects, speak with a louder, united voice, and take greater risks that we could otherwise do as independently entities.
The Alliance is grateful to be hosted and supported in many ways by The Chicago Community Trust.
Board
The Alliance is governed by a Management Committee, which helps set our strategic direction, pool funding for our work and support our activities.
